About this website
farflung.cloud is an independent fan page for the Farflung daily geography game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Farflung LLC or Top Games. Farflung is made by Steve and published by Farflung LLC; its official home is farflung.game.
This policy explains the limited information involved when you visit this page. It does not describe the practices of the third-party game player embedded here or of any site you reach through an outbound link.
Information this site collects
This site has no accounts, no forms, no comments, no uploads and no newsletter. It does not run advertising or profiling scripts. It uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that reports aggregate page views without identifying individual visitors.
Like any website, requests are delivered through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare may process ordinary request metadata such as IP address, requested URL, browser type and request time to deliver the page and protect the service. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's own policies.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-1W4WVCW7QC) sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<container> in your browser. It records page views, approximate location derived from your request, device and browser information, the referring page and basic interactions, and sends them to Google. We use the reports only to understand aggregate traffic and improve this page; we do not use analytics data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking analytics does not affect the embedded game.
The embedded game
The playable game is loaded from Top Games at topgames.gg/embed/farflung only after you choose to load it. That frame is a separate document from a different origin. It may set its own cookies or browser storage, record gameplay progress, and receive request information such as your IP address and browser headers under its own privacy policy.
If you prefer to avoid third-party content entirely, do not use the game player on this site. You can visit the official game directly at farflung.game.

This page links to the official game and to the third-party game host. Those sites are outside our control, and their privacy policies and terms apply once you follow a link. This policy does not cover them.
Children's privacy
